Despise The Shame

Hebrews 12:2 CSB “Keeping our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith. For the joy that lay before him, he endured the cross, DESPISING THE SHAME, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Do we despise the shame that comes with following Jesus? How about the shame for not getting the mRNA shots? You have to be living under a rock not to see the smear campaign against those who refuse. The controllers know that many of these are Christians. They also are aware that some of us know what’s in the vaccine vials. Have you considered how wickedly clever they are? Those who take their sorcery are made to look like good, law-abiding, caring citizens by the media. (Daniel 11:32) While those who reject the abomination are projected as selfish murderers and conspiracy theorists. Clever indeed. Nearly the whole world trusted these rapists and took their potion. Why? Because they wonna eat::

Revelation 13:16-17 KJV “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might BUY OR SELL, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.”

Jesus says those who follow Him will be persecuted like He was. (John 15:18-21) They portrayed Jesus as a criminal. Hence, we are scandalized for not taking the so-called vaccine. Let’s be like our Master and despise the shame. For the joy set before Him, He endured the cross. He didn’t care about the guilt trips and insults men hurled at Him. Death by crucifixion was a judgment reserved for the worst criminals. That didn’t bother Jesus. He could care less what others thought of Him. He cared about us. He lived to please His Father. We must do the same. It’s now our turn to show our love and appreciation for Him and what He did for us. We have ETERNAL LIFE because someone cared more about us than His own reputation. (1 Corinthians 4:3-4) What a perfect example we have in Jesus!

1 Peter 2:19-21 NIV “For it is commendable if someone bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because they are conscious of God. [20] But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. [21] To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in his steps.”

One has to truly love God to endure public shame (humiliation) for Him. That’s what Jesus did. Now it’s our turn. What a privilege we have to suffer for Christ! For the joy set before us; ETERNAL LIFE, and reigning with our Savior FOREVER is worth it!

1 Peter 4:13-14 CSB “Instead, REJOICE as you share in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may also rejoice with great joy when his glory is revealed. 14 If you are ridiculed for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because THE SPIRIT OF GLORY AND OF GOD RESTS ON YOU.”
